Bucharest, April 15, 2019 – The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) announces AR&IR Forum (May 23, Bucharest), an annual conference dedicated to best practices in investor relations (IR) and corporate governance. This event is addressed to listed companies as well as to unlisted ones interested in attracting capital and investors. In addition to a plenary session where over 10 international and national speakers are invited, there will be 4 parallel workshops dedicated to organising investor communication and reporting activities. The first edition of AR&IR Forum is entitled „Winning strategies for attracting investors and capital” and aims to review the current status of investor relations in Romania, to present international best practices and to bring to the stage the latest trends and upcoming European projects impacting listed companies.

The AR&IR Forum will gather, in the first part of the day, international and national renowned speakers, government and regulatory officials, top analysts and consultants for a full day of presentations and discussions. The afternoon agenda will include tailored workshops on engaging investor relations, successful networking strategies, drafting impactful non-financial reports and using technology for high-impact investor events, granting participation certificates to attendees. Throughout the day, an IR Expo will be open for all participants, showcasing the latest technologies and services for best in class investor relations.

The 2019 edition of the AR&IR Forum will take place under the patronage of the Minister of Business environment, commerce and entrepreneurship, Ștefan Radu Oprea.
