Bucharest, April 15, 2026 – The Romanian Association for Investor Relations (ARIR), the promoter of the Investor Relations (IR) concept in Romania, announces the launch of a new platform for collaboration and sharing of the association’s resources, dedicated exclusively to members. This digital ecosystem is designed to become one of the central pillars of the IR community, facilitating access to strategic resources and the preservation of institutional memory. This project was implemented by WebitFactory, a technology company, which developed the platform using a series of modern technologies, based on artificial intelligence solutions, natural language processing and secure cloud architectures.

The new ARIR platform is an intelligent working tool, which is based on the key documents of ARIR or those that ARIR has received from members and other entities. Key functionalities include:

• Digitized Institutional Memory: A complete history of good practices, guidelines and ARIR studies, accessible in a structured format.
• Built-in AI Assistant: An advanced artificial intelligence component that allows for quick database querying. Members can receive instant answers to complex questions about regulations or association history, eliminating the time wasted on manual searches.
• Exclusive Access: A secure space where professionals will collaborate and exchange information.
