Bucharest, June 3rd, 2025 – ARIR (Romanian Investor Relations Association), the promoter of the Investor Relations (IR) concept in Romania, announces the election of its new Board of Directors. The new composition was voted by ARIR members, which include some of the largest companies in Romania listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, united by the common goal of implementing best practices in transparency, investor communication, and corporate governance. Following the vote of founding and associate members, the new composition of ARIR’s Board of Directors is as follows:
- Daniela Maior, President of ARIR, Partner at VERTIK Group – reconfirmed by the General Assembly, will continue to lead the Association’s activities;
- Ioan Șumandea, ARIR BoD Member, Banca Transilvania, Head of Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Department;
- Liviu Vatavu, ARIR BoD Member, Antibiotice, Director of Legal and Corporate Governance Department;
- Monica Ivan, ARIR BoD Member, BRK Financial Group, Chief Executive Officer;
- Adrian Tănase, ARIR BoD Member, Bucharest Stock Exchange, Chief Executive Officer;
- Raluca Kasap, ARIR BoD Member, Electrica, Head of Investor Relations;
- Alexandra Țițan, ARIR BoD Member, Roca Industry, Head of Investor Relations.
