Bucharest, January 22, 2020 – The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is delighted to announce that Banca Transilvania (BVB: TLV), the largest lender of the Romanian economy, becomes Associate Member of ARIR. The company is recognized for its activity of over 25 years in the banking sector and is the first bank listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company’s market capitalisation increased on average by 50% per year since the listing.
