Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Criterion 1: Must the information mentioned under the criterion (for example, payment calendar or issue price) be directly available on the page, outside the prospectus?

A: Yes, the information mentioned should be easily accessible to investors without the need to open the prospectus and search for it there.

  1. Criterion 4: Are the five economic-financial indicators mandatory? Could other indicators be used in the reports?

A: The indicators listed under this criterion are included as examples and it is not necessary to include each of them. The purpose of mentioning these indicators is to ensure that reports containing key information of interest to investors are scored. If the Company includes other indicators in its reports that it considers more appropriate for its situation, the points will still be awarded.

  1. Criterion 5: For listed companies, should the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders appear both on the issuer’s page and on the bond issue pages?

A: Yes, the goal is to encourage companies to also publish such information on the bond issue page, in order to make it easier for bond investors to find relevant information.

  1. Criterion 6: Can a listed company’s quarterly conference call with investors be considered its own event for presenting financial results according to this criterion?

A: Yes, as long as the connection details are also published on the issuer’s page on the BVB platform for the bond issue, the quarterly investor conference organized by the issuer will be scored.

  1. Criterion 8: Is the criterion considered fulfilled if a link to the announcement/information published by the rating agency is included?

A: Yes, if such a link is included, the score will be awarded.

Relevant note: Given that this is the first year in which the methodology is being applied, we will also award points for information published with a delay (after the event has taken place – for example, in the case of the General Meeting of Shareholders or the investor event).
