Bucharest, October 6th, 2025 – ARIR (the Romanian Investor Relations Association), the promoter of the Investor Relations (IR) concept, invites companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange to apply for the excellence awards in investor communication, which will be granted during the Gala by ARIR 2025, on November 27th. This year, 12 award categories will be granted, with winners determined both through a platform dedicated to international institutional investors (Extel) and by the vote of a jury consisting of 11 professionals with experience in the capital market.
Companies interested in being evaluated or individuals who wish to nominate a company can complete the registration form available on the official event page until October 10th, 2025. The awards open for nominations are: Best Annual Report, Best ESG Performance & Communication, Best IR Event, Best IR Representative, Best IR Use of Social Media, Best IR Website, Best IR Innovation, Rising Star, AeRO: Best IR & Communication, AeRO: Company of the Year, AeRO: Rising Star. For the categories Best Annual Report, Best ESG Performance & Communication, and Best IR Representative, two awards will be granted, taking into account the company’s market capitalization – above and below EUR 450 million.
Additionally, following the survey conducted by Extel with the support of local and international institutional investors, the winning companies for the Best IR Program award will be announced.
