The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is delighted to announce that Impact Developer & Contractor (Impact, BVB: IMP), first real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, joins ARIR as Associate Member.
Impact has 25-year listed history of obtaining financing of over 120 million euros through bonds and shares issues. The company is nationally recognized as one of the most important real estate developers, with large residential projects, as well as mixed reference projects, in Romanian’s major cities.

Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania, Transgaz, Biofarm, MedLife, Romcarbon, Farmaceutica REMEDIA and Autonom joined the community as Associate Members. INNOVA Project Consulting, ENVISIA, RTPR, Intercapital Invest, eVote and Mazars became Affiliate Members.
