Bucharest, June 18, 2019 – The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR), the only professional association for best practices in investor relations in Romania, is delighted to welcome Innova Project Consulting as Affiliate Member. INNOVA Project Consulting is one of the few consulting companies from Romania with projects in Sustainability, performed for clients from Oil&Gas, ICT, Mining, Chemical, among the largest companies from the country. INNOVA is a member of GOLD Community within the Global Reporting Initiative – GRI, one of the most prestigious international organizations in the field of sustainable development and a provider of sustainability assurance services licensed by the international institution AccountAbility for the AA1000 AS, AA1000 SES, AA1000 APS standards.

ARIR was set-up in November 2018 by eleven founding members: listed companies, companies with potential to become listed companies, fund managers and IR professionals. In ARIR are invited to join: as Associate Members – listed companies, pre-IPO or bond issuers, as Affiliate Members – other organizations than listed companies, pre-IPO or bond issuers, and as Professional Members – individuals with experience in investor relations. ARIR members have access to exclusive content and trainings tailored to their needs and objectives, and participate at projects aimed to develop the capital markets.
