The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is delighted to announce that Mazars, one of the largest international company offering integrated services of audit, accountancy, tax and advisory, joins ARIR as Affiliate Member.
Operating in over 90 countries and territories around the world, with over 25 years’ presence on the Romanian market, Mazars draws on the expertise of over 42,000 professionals to assist customers of all sizes at every stage in their development.

Mazars is the sixth organization to join the Romanian Investor Relations Association as Affiliate Member and is the 27th member of the association.

ARIR was founded at the initiative of Daniela Șerban in November 2018 together with the founding members: Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), ALRO, Electromagnetica, Franklin Templeton Management – Bucharest office, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, Teraplast, Transelectrica, Cosmin Răduță and Tony Romani. Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania, Transgaz, Biofarm and MedLife joined the community as Associate Members. INNOVA Project Consulting, ENVISIA, RTPR, Intercapital Invest and eVote became Affiliate Members.
