The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is delighted to announce that One United Properties (One United Properties, BVB: ONE), one of the most active real estate developers of premium residential projects, state-of-the-art offices and mixed-use buildings in Bucharest, joins ARIR as Associate Member.
ONE United Properties (ONE) was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange this year, on July 12, following an initial primary public offering through which it attracted 260 million RON from investors active in the capital market, becoming the third largest Romanian entrepreneurial company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. On September 20, 2021, ONE shares entered BET index, which tracks the evolution of the most liquid shares listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

One United Properties is one of the most important developers in the Romanian real estate market in the residential segment, being present in Bucharest and Constanța, including Mamaia. The residential segment is the main field of activity of the company, to which is added the construction of offices and projects with mixed use, residential-commercial, as well as the activity of real estate investments in land and buildings, but also office rental.
In the first six months of 2021, One United Properties registered a record turnover of 434 million, an increase of 96% compared to the same period of 2020 and a net profit of 147.5 million lei, an increase of 267%. On June 30, 2021, the land owned by One United Properties for future real estate developments reached a total area of 138,000 square meters, an area on which the company estimates the construction of over 3,200 apartments. Moreover, One United Properties is considering several plots of land that could be included in the company’s portfolio, the negotiations being in different stages.
One United Properties is the 34th member that joins ARIR.
