Bucharest, May 28, 2019 – The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) has successfully organised the first edition of Analyst Relations & Investor Relations Forum (AR&IR Forum), a conference dedicated to best practices in investor relations and corporate governance. In line with this year’s theme „Winning strategies for attracting investors and capital”, the event program included insightful presentations on the current status of investor relations in Romania, upcoming European capital markets projects, as well as multiple case studies and international best practice reviews in financial and non-financial reporting.

We are pleased to see such a large attendance among representatives of the Bucharest Stock Exchange listed companies and to observe their eagerness to advance Investor Relations & Corporate Governance practices within their teams. Having hosted international renowned speakers and partners in Bucharest, alongside Romanian capital market professionals, the Forum became an important milestone in ARIR’s journey towards making Romania more competitive on the international capital markets.
