The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is delighted to announce that RTPR (Radu Tărăcilă Pădurari Retevoescu SCA), one of the most experienced and appreciated law firms in Romania, becomes Affiliate Member of ARIR.
RTPR provides consultancy to companies, financial institutions and entrepreneurs regarding a wide range of legal aspects and on challenging transactions, covering main areas of practice.

ARIR was founded at the initiative of Daniela Șerban in November 2018 together with the founding members: Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), ALRO, Electromagnetica, Franklin Templeton Management – Bucharest office, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, Teraplast, Transelectrica, Cosmin Răduță and Tony Romani. Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania and Transgaz joined the community as Associate Members. INNOVA Project Consulting and ENVISIA became Affiliate Members.
