The Romanian Investor Relations Association ( ARIR) is glad to announce that Transport Trade Services ( BVB: TTS), the largest integrated freight carrier in the Danubian basin, joins ARIR as Associate Member. The company operates in 3 main segments: international freight forwarding, river transport and port operation and owns a strong fleet of floating cranes, silos and platforms in ports, as well as a fleet of 481 units.
TTS was listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange this year, on June 14, 2021, following a secondary public offering through which were sold shares of euro 58.5 mil.euro.

TTS has the largest river fleet in the Danube basin, consisting of 481 river units with a capacity of almost 800 thousand tons, 8 floating cranes, as well as its own port terminals in Constanța and in 7 Danubian river ports. By product type, the activity is divided into: Minerals ( which provide logistics operations for raw materials and finished products of the metallurgical industries and equipments), Agri (which deals exclusively with the logistics of the agricultural goods – cereals, seeds, vegetable oils), Chemical (dealing with the logistics of fertilizers and raw materials for fertilizer production.)
Transport Trade Services is the 35th member that joins ARIR.
