VEKTOR is the investor communication indicator for listed companies and is published on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on the page of each listed company in the regulated market. The VEKTOR methodology for the 2021 valuation has remained the same as in 2020.

Currently, the indicator is calculated based on a methodology including 15 criteria, in line with international best practices in investor relations (IR), and the next assessment will take place between 15 November and 15 December 2021.

The VEKTOR indicator was calculated by ARIR for the first time in 2019. The analysis and evaluation of publicly available information, website and investor relations (IR) section is carried out by ARIR and a project committee, consisting of corporate governance analysts, IR professionals, academics, non-financial reporting consultants.
