About Daniela Maior
Following 17 years’ experience in the capital markets, Daniela set up a consultancy service 5 years ago that continues to build on her skills of helping companies to become successfully listed on the stock market. She supports clients to constantly grow their market value with millions of € a year, through best practice investor relations! She works with top prospective listed companies in getting their best valuations at the IPO.
Was selected by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as the most experienced professional to lead the first Investor Relations and Liquidity Programme in the world to take place in Romania. The project aim was to deliver a tailored IR Strategy with focus on improving liquidity for 3 selected listed companies.
Her expertise in the capital markets, including at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, was crucial in initiating and leading ARIR, the Romanian Investor Relations Association, attracting more than 90% of market capitalization companies on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in less than 5 years.
In her daily life, Daniela is involved in financial & entrepreneurial education initiatives, supporting women in business, but also mentoring young professionals. She also holds PhD in Finance.

Patrick de Cambourg
CHAIR OF THE EFRAG SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING BOARD
About Patrick de Cambourg
Patrick de Cambourg is the Chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board since November 2022.
Between 2015 and November 2022, he was President of the Autorité des normes comptables (ANC), the French accounting standard-setting Public Authority. As such, he was also a member of the Boards of Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR), CNOCP and a member of the Haut Conseil de Stabilité Financière.
Patrick was a member of the EFRAG Financial Reporting Board and chaired the EFRAG Project Task Force on preparatory work for the elaboration of possible EU non-financial reporting standards from September 2020 until April 2022.
Patrick, a graduate from Sciences Po Paris, holds degrees in public and business law and has a Bachelor of Arts. As chartered accountant and auditor, he spent his entire career within the Mazars Group, successively as junior, manager, partner and senior partner (1983-2014). Since late 2014, he is Honorary President of the Mazars Group.

Luc Vansteenkiste

About Luc Vansteenkiste
Luc Vansteenkiste is the Chairman of EuropeanIssuers and an active member of the Sustainability Reporting Board of EFRAG. He holds a Master in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louvain. He established his career with Recticel, where he became CEO in 1991 and later Vice President in 2010.
In addition to serving as Chairman of the Employer’s Federation of Belgium (FEB) from 2002 to 2005, he is currently President of Mona, of the Platform of Financing of Enterprises of Febelfin, and member of the board of SVK . Luc Vansteenkiste also has been the Chairman of Sioen, Smartphoto, Telindus, Lannoo and was member of the board of Delhaize, BNPP-F, Ter Beke, Bois Sauvage, CBR and BATC.
Having been active in the economic reconversion Marshall Plan of the Walloon Region, his main focus is the promotion of entrepreneurship and job creation, which is why he endorses a stable and balanced regulatory framework.

Radu Hanga

About Radu Hanga
Is the Chairman of the Board of Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) since 2020. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, holding several positions on the Boards of Directors of listed companies and being the 2015 and 2020 President of the Association of Asset Managers in Romania.

Mirosław Kachniewski

About Mirosław Kachniewski
Before joining SEG he was employed at Polish Securities and Exchange Commission, where his main duties were focused at coordination of international cooperation, analyses, as well as information and education policies. Earlier he was an advisor to the Minister of Privatization responsible for negotiations of Poland’s membership in the OECD in the field of foreign direct investment. Former employee of Warsaw School of Economics (International Finance Department), graduate of Foreign Trade Faculty of this school. Author of many economic publications relating mostly to functioning of capital markets, liberalization of capital movements, transborder financial services, integration of EU financial market. Board Member of EuropeanIssuers, previously was serving many important duties at International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

About Jean Dumitrescu
He is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial-operational field, FMCG distribution, logistics and transport, and target management, working since 2006 in the largest leading company in integrated distribution and logistics services for the consumer goods market in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, AQUILA. Within AQUILA, he coordinated the financial department for 14 years, holding the position of Financial Director, and is currently Director of Investor Relations within the same company. Also, between 2001-2004 he was financial controller, Exploration and Production Division: international exposure within Rompetrol, and between 2004-2006 within ING Bank he held the position of Corporate Relations Manager.

About Raluca Kasap
Raluca Kasap is the Head of Investor Relations at Electrica, where she established the department 11 years ago and has since continuously developed and refined the company’s communication with investors and capital markets. Prior to this role, she worked in entrepreneurship and project management, leading international projects in dynamic and multicultural environments. At Electrica, Raluca oversees the dialogue between investors and company management, consistently promoting transparency, honesty, and proactivity in capital market communications. In her current mandate, she aims to actively contribute to the digital transformation of the investor relations field and to support ARIR members in implementing best practices in IR communication, as evaluated through the VEKTOR indicator. This focus allows her to leverage both her educational background in IT and her experience in securing and maintaining Electrica’s top VEKTOR score for the fourth consecutive year.

Răzvan Butucaru, together with his team of passionate professionals, offers support for the critical moments that define the success of a business. Peter de Boer is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Business Administration at Leiden University, The Netherlands, as well as the financial evaluation and modeling course at CFI Corporate Financial Institute. He has been part of the DN AGRAR team since 2019, as a Strategic Corporate Financial Manager and Investor Relations Manager.
