The document prepared by ARIR includes 5 priorities resulting from consultations with issuers in the Romanian capital market, summarized as follows: Vision, Financing, Transparency, Efficiency, and Education.

  1. Vision: Reflecting the vision and interest regarding the development of the capital market in electoral programs, strategies, and government policies.
  2. Financing: Increasing the competitiveness of the Romanian business environment by facilitating and stimulating access to financing through the stock exchange for development, innovation, green transition, and digitalization.
  3. Transparency: Improving corporate governance standards by promoting increased transparency of listed companies, both state-owned and private.
  4. Efficiency: Reducing bureaucracy and administrative reporting and regulatory burdens for companies listed on the stock exchange.
