The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) announces the launch of the annual VEKTOR by ARIR evaluation process, the trusted indicator measuring how listed companies communicate with investors. Starting December 5, 2025, ARIR will assess the transparency, communication practices, and disclosure quality of companies listed on the Main Market (shares and bonds), as well as companies included in the BETAeRO index.
Companies are encouraged to review the updated methodologies to fully understand the assessment criteria:

VEKTOR 2025 Evaluation Timeline
Until December 4, 2025
Companies may submit questions regarding the Methodologies to ARIR at contact@ir-romania.ro.
December 5 – December 22, 2025
The VEKTOR by ARIR evaluation process takes place.
December 26, 2025 – January 19, 2026
Audit of the results performed by Forvis Mazars.
January 19 – January 23, 2026
Companies may contact ARIR to inquire about their evaluation scores.
January 30, 2026
Publication of the VEKTOR by ARIR 2025 results and the Awards Ceremony for Main Market (shares and bonds) and BETAeRO companies.
About VEKTOR by ARIR
The VEKTOR by ARIR indicator was calculated by ARIR for the first time in 2019 for the Main Market and is published annually on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website.
Starting with 2022, ARIR evaluates the companies from BETAeRO, according to the latest index structure available at the time of valuation.
Starting in 2025, ARIR will also evaluate the investor communication of bond issuers, using a dedicated methodology.
